Google Nexus 6 is official with 6-inch QHD screen and S805
The Motorola-made smartphone is coming pre-loaded with Android 5.0 Lollipop, the latest version of Google’s mobile operating system. A massive device that packs a 5.96-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD (1440 x 2560) resolution and a pixel density of 493 ppi. The processing task are handled by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 SoC with a quad-core 2.7 GHz Krait 450 GPU and Adreno 420 GPU paired with 3 GB of RAM. The device also integrates 32 or 64 GB of native storage and a 3,220 mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, the new terminal arrives with LTE, HSPA+, Bluetooth 4.0 Low Energy, NFC, 3.5 mm audio jack, WiFi ac, and microUSB 2.0.

On the back of the Nexus 6 there’s a 13 MP IMX 214 camera with f/2.0 aperture, optical image stabilization, ring flash with dual-LED, HDR+, and support for 4K video recording support. The front-facing camera has a 2 MP sensor which should do just fine when it comes to video calls and selfies.
Design-wise, the new Nexus 6 is a reminiscent of Motorola’s 2nd gen Moto X, bringing two front-facing stereo speakers, a curved back, and water resistant construction. Google and Motorola have officially revealed that the new device will be available in Midnight Blue and Cloud White body liveries.
The folks at Google have announced that their new stock Android-powered smartphone will become available for pre-order October 29, at a price of $649 for the 32 GB model. Verizon, AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, and US Cellular have all announced their intentions to carry the Nexus 6.
